影片中員警原本只是要搜索一人，並命令對方趴在車上不要亂動，但該嫌不聽指揮，在騷動時車上另外一人下來，此時員警拔槍喝令該人回車上，不料遭搜索之犯嫌突然拔槍射殺員警，車上下來另外一人也繼續對員警射擊。
此一影片顯示一人執行多人搜索之危險。影片中警察在搜索時未使嫌犯處於完全無法抵抗的狀態，也未控制車上乘客的行動，導致遭到射殺。

When performing a search and arrest mission, it’s crucial to have other
officers on guard.
Most of the US police officer patrol alone, which
is different from the two-officer patrol in Taiwan. It’s hard to control multiple suspects at the
same time.
The video clip shows the officer searched the
suspect, but the suspect did not obey the command and shot the officer unexpectedly
when the officer tried to point his gun at the other passenger from the
car.
This shows the need to have other officers monitor the
other passengers and make sure to keep all suspects in a completely irresistible
condition before performing the search procedure.
